Egg color

Will feeding my hens a O-mega supplement change the color of the egg. Our BO's egg has changed to a reddish dark egg from her usual nice brown. I had fed them some supplement that is reddish. The other eggs don't seem to be affected.

I think that the answer is yes, that the supplement could cause a change in eggshell color; but I'm not sure.

I give mine flax seed for an omega supplement, haven't noticed any change.
