My girls have just started laying again after the Winter break. Three of the girls have changed egg color. I have a pair of EE's. One who laid blue eggs last year is not mostly while with speckles. The 2nd EE laid pink last year, now white and very elongated. My Olive egger is laying brown. Now I know this is not supposed to happen, so I took the time to set up a wireless security camera in the coop over the nest box. It is most certainly happening. Is this a feed issue? Weather?? Age? any ideas???

Shells are either white or blue, they don't change color.
The brown coating can be darker or lighter at the beginning of the laying season.

Open those eggs, immediately peel the inner membranes out, and photograph the inside of shell in good light on white paper.
