Egg colours??!!

Hey my hen has yellowy greeny creamy ear lobes (i think!!) so what colour eggs will she lay because I heard That the colur of their eggs is the same as their ears??!!

I don't think it's related at all. what kind of chicken do you have? what color legs and type of comb? can ya post a pic?

That's not true. Most Easter Eggers have red earlobes and their eggs are any color (pink, green, blue, brown, cream, or white). The earlobe color deal is white earlobes=white eggs, red earlobes=brown or colored eggs, and if you have Silkies, they have metallic blue earlobes and lay a creamy colored egg.

How old is your pullet? My pullets didn't get their true color earlobes until they got around 5 months, and before that they were a pale creamy color. They are red now.
