I got her from a lady in NC, but I don't know who bred her. I also don't know her age, but I would estimate around 1 year. The lady I got her from told me that this hen was laying LIGHT eggs. When I sent her pics of the first eggs I got out of the bird, she wanted the hen back!

I have two pullets from the same owner, but they are not from the same breeder and they aren't laying yet. I can't wait to see what they come out with. My only disappointment so far is that I don't have anyone laying strongly speckled eggs (apart from my button quail), so I'm hoping one of the Wellie teenagers will be speckledy!
