Egg day 21 check in and questions

So today was day 21 of the possibility fertilized egg! We left the egg under our broody hen Twink and when we got back from school we checked under Twink. We didn’t see any pips or chicks. I just want to know what day was the latest day a chick hatched? I heard someone say day 26 but I just want to have an idea of what’s normal. Any answers or help would be great. I’m also not 100% sure it’s fertilized but we picked up the egg (gently!) and it felt significantly heavier than regular eggs.

Have you candled through out the 21 days to make sure they were developing?

Yes I’ve candled it day 1,2,3,5,8,10,and 16

I've never had a late egg, sorry.
Have you been seeing movement in the eggs?
This last picture doesn't look too good to me.
I don't think it is even fertile.
