Egg did not get turned

Long story short only one of my eggs in the incubator did not get turned at all from days five through eight. I finally caught it today and it seems that the embryo has formed only on one side of the egg. The side that was facing up. I'm trying to figure out if I should take the egg out and let it die now or leave it in the incubator

and hope that it's not malformed. Ideas?

This morning the vessels are spread throughout the entire egg. I don't see movement but everything is spread out now. At this point I'm just going to leave it and I'll update you as to what happens. I just hope the chick is not charged malformed.

just treat it like a normal egg for now and keep turning it, fingers crossed it'll hatch out perfectly happy and healthy
