All the shell and almost all the mustard. She's a clean eater too. No mustard on her beak or feathers what so ever.

No, not necessarily.If a chicken accidentally breaks and eats an egg will it become an egg eater
Ditto Dat^^^^Most broken and soft shelled eggs get eaten. Even some that are laid on the floor will get eaten. An egg eater will seek out and break eggs repeatedly. All chickens seem to like the taste of eggs. Mine get fed eggs all the time but they don't eat them out of the nestboxes.
If it is in good feather, and has good nutrition and liquid water always available, it should be fine.Also if a chicken is out on its own in 20F will it get to cold
