egg eaters

Put a cloth as a curtain at the entrance of the nesting box make it in two pieces so the hens can pass between them, that will make the nesting box dark so they can't see the eggs clearly, remove the eggs as often as you can, put ceramic eggs so it hurts when they try to eat it.

I don't know how to identify which chicken is doing the eating, other than keeping a close eye out for yolk on beaks. The solution I've found works best is to empty the eggs (use a thumbtack to drill a hole in either side, use a toothpick to mix up the insides, and then blow it all out with a straw). Then fill them with mustard (it's all right if it's messy). It looks just like yolk, but chickens hate the taste. Put a couple of these eggs in the boxes and your problem should disappear within days. Good luck!
