Egg eating and pine shavings

I have a Polish hen acting strangely. I cannot figure out what could be the matter with her. One thing I have thought of is she or her sister has been eating their egg at times. I sometimes find a partially eaten egg, sometimes just a few shavings with egg on them, 2 days ago I found 1 shaving with some egg on it and nothing else anywhere. One of the two hens lays shell-less eggs sometimes, with just the membrane.Sometimes the egg will have a shell, at times it is fragile. They do have oyster shells free choice, their food is eggmaker crumbles. What I am afraid could have happened is pine shavings were eaten with the egg. What can I do for my hen, is there something I can give her to help her pass the shavings, if indeed it is that??? She is a good hen, I do not want her to die, or suffer, either. My chickens are pets, I have all bantams. Please, any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't add that I found the membrane in the shavings.

I have 3 nests right now with a few golf balls in each. That usually solves the problem unless those shell less eggs are instigating it. The other thing I heard here on BYC is that moving their nests to another location in the coop works sometimes.
