Egg eating chicken

I am having a problem with one of my chickens cracking eggs and then eating the insides I assume ( the nesting material is always wet, with the cracked shell remaining) What can i do to stop this behavior ? I need this to stop because I believe this is causing my other chicks to keep from laying because of the mess in the box. 10 RIR's, 2ys old and only 3 eggs a day, I need to know if this could cause them not to lay also ? They just came out of a mild moult about 2 months ago also. ANy suggestions on what I can do for these situations, please help ?

There are a couple things to do. Put golf balls in the nest is the first and easiest. Another option is to fill a couple eggs with mustard and put them in there. When you do either of these, collect the good eggs as many times a day as you can leaving the fakes ones in the box. After a few days, you should be good.
