It isn't just my ameraucana, EE and rumpless araucana eggs. It is my neighbor's and another chicken raiser that lives 2 miles from me. What the heck is going on???? Every year I have had 90 to 100 percent hatch rates on all of my eggs. This year, it's 20 to 40%!!! Is it in the air, or what??

Is it hotter in your area this year? That can cause fertility problems.

Actually no. It has been a little cooler than normal ( and wetter ) this spring. So I don't think it's weather related. We have had cool, wet springs before which have never affected fertility.
