Egg fertility switching Roo's

I have switched Roo's to get a new breeding strain how long before my hens have his sperm instead of my other Roo's?

Many breeders go with three weeks. There have been a few cases reported on this forum where a hen was still fertile 3-1/2 weeks after she was separated from the rooster. If you want to be absolutely without a doubt sure, wait 4 weeks, but just to be pretty sure, wait three.
