I work nights, and when I got home this morning, there was an egg in one of the boxes. I don't know what time it was laid, but the birds got put up around 7:30 - 8 last night. My son puts them up for me after I go to work, but he apparently didn't check for eggs. I think its my little porcelain d'Uccle's (she was acting like she might be getting ready before I went to work). It has been getting cooler at night, should it still be good?
And also, I collected I think 2 more eggs this morning before I went to bed. The rest were laid from 11:30am-5:00pm. It was probably about 80-85° here. Should those eggs still be good, if they sat there for few hours?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't wanna try to feed my kid or other family members any spoiled eggs...

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
