We recently started our first batch of duck eggs in our new Nurture Right 360 incubator. We had a problem at the outset with eggs getting "caught" on the side of the incubator. It turned out we had not cut a big enough hole in the shelf liner, so the turning tray was slightly askew. We fixed that, but I noticed today that we are stall getting an egg that is getting pushed up against the side of the glass as it goes around. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it an egg shape thing? Is there a way to address it? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

I would take the shelf liner out. You can add it back in when you take the turning ring out at the start of lockdown.
@MerryFeather and @BirdsBeesTrees , Interesting. We were advised to leave it in throughout the whole incubation process (not just at lock down) to help insure the eggs don't get stuck when turning. Do you think it's the shelf liner that causing the egg to "catch" on the glass? Thanks!

Maybe the liner is giving the egg traction to stay in that position. But that is just a guess.

I bet the shelf liner is causing the issue. I had a similar issue when I had my gray bottom tray upside down and the eggs didn't have enough room to turn. So I would not be surprised at all if its your shelf lining causing a similar issue.
