Is it legal to label eggs as grade AA and free range without USDA certification if you just dont add usda certified or are those descriptions only for USDA certified things ?

Have you gotten information regarding labeling and selling eggs from your state department of agriculture? Your local ag extension office can be of great help. Our office provided me with printouts and with contacts.

Your location is not listed in your profile, and may be helpful.

Generally, the grade of eggs is well defined, so should be a lot of information for you if you look into it. “Free range” also has a definition, so you should look that up as well, and I’m not sure if that varies by state, but it might.
