egg hatching

hello i need help asap
i have one egg i have no rooster and i went out straight to the egg it was sticky and put in in a incbator and i have no rooster can it still hatch i really wenat to know im hoping they will need help pls thanks

If you don't have a rooster, her eggs probably wouldn't be fertile (could a roving rooster have found its way into your chicken yard.
