I'd still try giving her a trim if you haven't already, just in case that's part of the issue.

And a bit of clutter in the run is good for enrichment in general, not just if you're having bullying or integration issues. Chickens like having sheltered areas to rest or scratch about underneath something, and higher spots to perch on.
