If a hen/pullet is a layer, do they have egg holes on their body? How can you tell? I exchanged my "gimp" cornish x for an older hen, the farm & ranch said she layed an egg this morning, but when I look at her naked butt(others were pecking at her) there is no egg hole? Am I missing something? I thought there should be an egg hole??? I will take some pics and send

I know it seems strange but they only have one "hole". They lay eggs and poop out of the same opening, so if you're looking for two holes, they only have one. Hope this helps!
