There's really no way of telling, unless you saw the hen lay the egg. All of those breeds lay various shades of brown eggs.

Hey there! I also have all three of those breeds. I gave seen my lavender orpington (Plum) lay an egg- it was lighter brown with white speckles( top row, 2nd egg from the right). So beautiful! I also suspect the RIs lay the brown eggs with darker spots (top row 3rd from the right).

Obviously no way of truly telling unless you see them lay- but it is always fun to guess!

Barred rocks lay lighter eggs. The sex links lay darker brown they look like the store drown eggs.
