Hatching Emu Eggs

So cool!!! If there was something near me, I would try my hand in incubating chicks.

I did order some off of eBay from Oregon (I’m in Michigan) and they’re wiggling so shipped eggs are a possibility.

Hopefully they’re just sleeping! I’ve done my fair share of hatching over the years. I’m to the point where I stick them in the incubator as they’re laid and forget about them until day 49-52.

Here is an old video of an egg at day 46. This is what they “typically” will do for wiggles. I say typically because some don’t move much.

Fantastic can you see a wiggle at day 30 ? I’m so anxious lol
