Egg in hand

[MHF]

I was checking the girls this morning and had three of them in the nesting box. I reached under the first one and found a egg in the nest. I reached under the second one and got another egg. I reached under the third one, no egg, as I was removing my hand she wiggled and layed an egg in my hand. Wet, warm and very fresh.

Anybody ever have that happen to them?

It was amazing. All my cluckers are very good about being picked up and being petted but I never thought I would have an egg layed in my hand.
