Egg in puddle, Is this bad?

Today is day 20/21 (I never know if day 1 is the day set, or 24 hours after) I added water to increase the humidity, and I just noticed an egg in the corner was slightly submerged in a puddle where the screen bent down some. I moved the egg, and there is a noticeable swet spot on the lower end. Could this have hurt the chick?

It will probaly ok, you need alot of moisture during lockdown anyway and now that you have moved it so it should be ok. You might be able to candle it if you are considered.
