Egg Incubation Failures

Hello to all of the experts on incubating eggs. I am failing terribly it seems by the results. I need to know what I may be doing that is causing so many of my eggs not to hatch. I first thought it was my humidity too low, and still I am getting no good results, only two hatched from eighteen. My incubator if only a plastic one from TSC, and Rural King. I have two young Roos that are constantly breeding hens, what could be the problem. I could use you guys help. Thanks.

When are the embryos dying? What is your humidity? Your temperature? Are you incubating still air or forced air? Have you calibrated your thermometer and hygrometer?

I would be curious which model from TSC? Are you using more than just the built in thermometer? Egg Turner or no?
