Egg Incubator HT 48

Does anyone have this incubator? It says it has a 95% hatch rate. Someone offered to sell me one for $90 and I'm hoping to use it to hatch some ducklings. But I don't want to spend that kind of money on something that isn't great, kwim? It's local pick up, no shipping. So probably not a bad deal but I'm wondering if anyone has had success with it.
