how long can you keep eggs out of the refrigerator and they still be good

It's recommended about a week. But, if you rub them with vegetable oil, they can last for a few months I think.

Thank you....I was just checking because of my work schedule. I leave my house around 530 in the morning and my girls are not up yet. I get back home around four in the afternoon and that is when I will be able to check for eggs

Fresh eggs could stay quite edible for a few weeks, depending on the temperature you're keeping them at. I've seen eggs sitting on the counter in a hot kitchen for two weeks that was fine, if a bit stale. There's more info on storing eggs here:
