Egg inside an egg

I have a 7 month old easter egger that layed an egg weighing 5.7 ounces. It had a normal sized egg with a shell inside it. She was acting lathargic the day she layed it and fine after. Is she ok? Has anyone seen this happen?

This is incredible!! I never knew this was possible! You have a special chicken. If it's a new layer, it should be normal for weird eggs.

We have had a few double yolks from our white Leghorn! But this was so crazy!
