Egg is hatching but membrane is dry?

Hello there. It is my first time incubator eggs and I have a chicken egg hatching right now. The incubator I am using is a small, cheap one so i don't know if humidity levels are correct or not. I can feel its heartbeat and it chirped when I used a q-tip to moisten the membrane. Should I leave it? Try to help it hatch?

It is best not to open the incubator during hatching. To boost humidity levels, i put a sponge in a cup of water in one corner. If chicks are sticking badly after the main hatch, i wrap them loosely in wet paper towel. Do not try to remove egg shells because i have seen that cause bleeding. Good luck.
