Local pet stores sell mealworms in their shops and here is what a mealworm (mealy) looks like.

You can get them at a fishing supply store or pet store. You can also feed her cooked or even raw oatmeal, soak it in buttermilk. The probiotics are really good for her and their is protein in buttermilk too. Don't make a big bowl just make it a snack for her.

green grapes cut in half are a big hit with mine. they also like oatmeal quite a bit.
Lowes carries dried mealworms by the bird seed. They are the *ultimate* chicken treat.

They like pasta, oatmeal, tomatoes, cooked chicken eggs, cucumbers, zuchini squash, summer squash, ect.
