Egg Issue... Need some advice!!!

went to pick eggs earlier today and this was in one of the nesting boxes! I'm assuming it's a sign that one of my hens is either lacking something OR getting too much of something in her diet... Can anyone help me out?! The "egg" is hard at the bottom, but gets softer and then the tip is extremely soft! I've had chickens for three years and have NEVER experienced this! Any advice is appreciated!
