Can you please tell what protein and Calcium % it has?

It is sufficient but not grate , I would prefer the protein up a percentage or 2, 16% is better in molt you will need to bust it up some more, the Calcium is minimal, 4%-4.2% of calcium is better, add some grit.

I am having problems as well. I have a mixed flock of layers that are two years old ( their third summer laying) and the eggs are pathetic. They are fed an organic layers 16 percent protein, and oyster shell, and free range. We have a couple molters now but for the entire summer we had only 3 eggs or less a day out of seven hens.

Same advice as for the OP. Increase protein, reduce the amount of extras. Free ranging also means they could be hiding eggs.
