Egg layed w/ no shell!!!!!!! WHY??

I got some hens from a friend about a month ago. They were laying at her house. they are about a year old. Now they finally are getting comfortable at my place. Yesterday I went to check the nestbox and there was an egg with no shell!! why??

It can be, stress, vitamin D or calcium issues. You could try giving them some vitamins/Baked crushed egg shell or oyster shell.

Yup...give them a bowl of oyster shells.

They do have oyster shell.

Huh. Then it could just be the restarted egg factory working out the glitches. I bet te next egg looks better.
