Egg laying after winter

We live in the northeast (VT). When should my almost 2 year old hens start laying again? We still have a ton of snow and it’s still chilly during the days, but there is more sunlight. I’m definitely getting more eggs now than I was, but they’re all not laying yet.

Sounds like some are which is what I'd expect. Each hen is an individual and will start laying again when she is ready. The days are getting longer and that is a big factor but some will probably wait for the warmer days of spring. All you can do is be patient.

Some of mine are too, but Mrs Feathers still isn't and she is the oldest.
