Egg Laying Color

I have 8 white leghorns and/or hybrids. Can someone help explain to me why every other day I get 9 white eggs and on the other days I get 7. I collect a couple times per day and the last time is when I put them away for the night. I’m attaching a picture of the different breeds. So far today I have collected 10 white and 10 brown eggs out of 21 chickens.
