I have one hen that's old enough to lay. The rest are close. She's a year old and was laying nicely and then just quit. How can I get her going again?

How long has it been since she laid? Could she be getting ready to molt? Maybe she is just taking a short break?
Do you feed her lay crumbles?

Hey, Preservation! How are you?!

If it helps, mine have really slowed down on the laying as well. I think the freakish hot weather in June followed by the really freakish cold weather in July has screwed up their little systems. Plus, a bunch of mine went into a molt when the weather got so nasty. Mine are just over a year old as well.
(I also think they know I had people lined up begging for eggs and thus have decided to all be broody or molty. They'll really kick in on the egg laying when I have no one wanting eggs. Sigh. Hateful little things.)

Hijack- How's the house building coming along? Hope you are making lots of progress! Go Rockvale!
