Egg laying in Az

We got two Rhode Island Red and two Rhode Island red/Astralorop mix chickens in September 2018. Three of the four started laying eggs three weeks ago but one of them is still not. They are all the same age because we purchased them as hatchlings. They have wonderful nesting boxes, the proper food and good tempature. I can not figure out why all would lay but one. Is this normal??

Sometime's they mature at different rate's. Do you have a picture that you can post here of the one that you said is not laying egg's yet? By the way, hello & welcome!

I have one who will be a year old in 3 weeks, and she is still not laying. Her comb has started to grow and redden but she's still not laying yet. Her sister started in December, and they have enjoyed the same conditions since birth. So my experience says it may not be common, but it is 'normal' insofar as it is natural

I figured as much but the other three all started laying on the exact same day so that's what let me to be concerned.

Are you sure she's not laying?
They don't all lay every day, so getting 4 eggs out of 4 birds on the same day is not common.
