egg laying probelome

my hens are not laying eggs, as i am providing feed, green vegetables (spinach etc.) and they are of one years old, complete moulting
too.

It might be the season, egg production slows down big time when it gets cold. You can add artificial lighting/heating to get them laying again, but that can cost a lot. Are they in a stressful environment? Over crowding, small living space, dirty enclosure, harsh weather or bug infestation? Do any look sick?

they are only facing cold envirnment and sun rays probelm, mean no sun rays reaches inside the cage

That'll do it, i'd try getting some light in there whether that means building a better home, trimming some plants, moving their location or adding some artificial light
