Egg Laying question

Hi, I’m new to chickens, and I was going to ask a question, I have a buff orpington, a golden comet, and an australorp. I wanted to know when they start laying, any replies help, Thanks!

I got them 6wks ago

Golden comets will start laying at around 16 weeks
Buff Orpington at around 6 months
Australop at around at around 6 months
