If she's a year old that's probably as big as they are going to get. You just have an unusual Leghorn, I'd say. Any chance she's a bantam?

Aloha,

I would give her time, it takes a while for the eggs to get larger. I have noticed that after their first molt they lay a larger egg. Some hens just take the time and you should not be worried. Because with time there will be better rewards. I have some production blacks (derived from the leghorn) and they laid medium eggs, now then I noticed that they are laying larger. So it is all about the wait. But you will get your rewards.
