Egg Laying Question

My hens have all started laying now. I'm averaging 7 eggs per day from 9 hens. The heat here in Oklahoma has diminished and we are now getting some low night temps in the 50's and high day temps in the 80's & 90's.

At what point will they slack off for the winter? I know I may still get an egg here or there, but when will I notice that they've went in to hibernation, so to speak?
My plan is to keep things natural, meaning no artificial light.

My experience has been that my 12 hens kept laying right through the winter, consistently. I suppose if their protein is up, they are dry and happy, with enough water, there is no reason they have to stop the laying. They do come outside into the sunshine, even on snowy days, and their routine seems the same as always.
