Egg laying

Hello,

Question....I have 3 cochin bantam hens, they are approximately 7 months old. When will they start to lay eggs? Also, why do some hens never lay eggs?

they will lay within the next month or so maybe sooner maybe later, some may never lay because their ovaries never correctly developed.
