i have an Orpington chicken laid two eggs both with no shell, is that normal her first time laying.

I would not be overly concerned, assuming you are either feeding layers feed or optional crushed oyster shell. It can take a while before they get their egg-laying plumbing in sync.

In the very beginning all kinds of whacky stuff happens.
But I have a question for
You , are they on layer feed or still on starter?
And, Are you providing oyster shell "on the side"?
By the time they start laying they need a good available source of calcium .

I have mine in a dog bowl that is meant to be attached to the inside of a dog crate except it's attached to the inside of their run right next to their food and water.
