Egg laying???

i just got a new mosaic pullet last Monday, June 3. The hatchery said that she had just started laying cream colored eggs. I have had her now for one week, June 10, and she still has not laid here. Is this to be expected? How long might she take to settle in? She acts very at ease and is definitely on the top of her pecking order in the coop of four. Any answers are appreciated!

When I got new adult birds that had been laying at their previous home it took about 6 weeks for them to lay at my home. It definitely can take awhile sometimes.

It varies greatly from bird to bird/breed to breed. She is a beauty.
