egg laying

i have 2 black sex links. that i pretty much rescued. and they laid wonderful for about a year. then one of them stopped laying i figured it was age but her sister is same age and still lays daily. why is she not laying but here sister is??? is there anything i can do to make her lay or is she done

Could she be molting? When chickens molt, they stop laying because their bodies are using lots of energy to grow new feathers.

What do you feed them? Do they get any treats? Make sure they get lots of extra protein that helps to grow the feathers.
Give them scrambled or hard boiled egg, plain yogurt, Boss (black oil sunflower seeds), etc.
