I have a incubator with three eggs and a hen in a brooder box that is broody. When the eggs start to break the she'll of there egg can I place the eggs under the hen to let her bond and think they are her babies

Two days nut she. Sleeps on the nest and doesn't leave during the day

That's probably too soon. They are normally broody for 3 weeks and may not accept chicks after such a brief stint of setting. Closer to the 3 week period, give or take a few days, it usually goes pretty well.

The eggs won't hatch till July 14 and 16 would that be a good time while the eggs under her won't hatch until July 22

I think that's too big of a gap. If you put them under the 16th or 17th, she will abandon the eggs before the 22nd to care for the chicks. If you wait till the 22nd, the chicks may be too old to bond with her.
One possibility is that after her chicks hatch you can slip the older chicks under her at night and hope they don't run away. Keep checking on them every 15 minutes to see if they are staying under her.
