Egg not hatching

Okay so today I had 3 of the four chicken eggs I had in an incubator hatch. The fourth is still dark inside when I candle it so I know something is in there. But I don't see it wobiling around like the other eggs did. I was thinking maybe it's just a little behind schedule, but I'm not sure. So do you guys think it will hatch? Or is it a dud?
