well I have about 25 birds that are laying or so I thought, I was getting about 12 to 20 eggs a day until a month ago and now I am getting about 5 what is going on?

they have grit, oyster shells, they get barley mixed with laying crumble and water

I keep reading that I should give them treats but what do I give them? is is ok to give them milk?

Shortened daylength and possible molting lead to decreased egg production this time of year. Nature's way of giving the hens' bodies a rest.

but they have lot of lights and it is warm in there house I know that eggs would slow down but down to 5 eggs a day is bad

With the artificial lighting, how many hours of 'daylight' are you providing?
