Today the incubator turned off for some reason and I didn’t notice it. It probably was off for about an hour or so and I think this may have caused one of my duck eggs to die. I don’t have pictures right now but it is pretty big and has no veins at all even though the rest of them do. Can someone help?

I would give it a few days before you decide to toss it. If you can get some pictures sometime, please post them.

When brooding naturally the hen will leave her nest every day for about an hour or so. I don't think very much damage was done unless you had some major temperature spikes or drops.

Alright because the incubator said it had only dropped about 1 degree Celsius and they already survived a 8 degree drop

Are you using a separate calibrated thermometer or hygrometer? The built in ones are almost always off and it's good to have a second reading.
Sadly, I do not own one but I did have a blanket over it so it was fairly insulated so it probably couldn’t have been that bad

If the egg already has an egg ring, it's probably beyond help. Would help to see pictures of the egg to double-check. Sometimes quitters happen and its better to remove them otherwise the dead embryo may start to decompose and could potentially explode.

I might keep it in for a little longer just to see what happens but I have already tried looking for pictures and none were like mine

I just got two pictures you can see the ring but it’s not very clear.

I don't see a ring or anything at all really. I would leave it until day 7 and see if it develops. If you don't see anything by then, toss it.
Alright. Right now it is at day 3 and the others already have veins and one has a heartbeat but I was wondering why this one still just had a circle there
