Egg on day 3 with what seems to be a blood ring?

Hmmm, yeah, I wouldn't be thinking of throwing that out yet. It might be viable yet. Give it a few more days as you have suggested :)

Right now the blood ring appears to have become darker and two others seem to be developing blood rings as well. Should I keep them in?

Is this your first time incubating? A lot of people who are new to incubating mistake the expanding edges of the embryo for a blood ring. You can see it in this picture and diagram the outer edges of the expanding embryo. When candling the edge appears like a red circle.

Its my 3rd time but I only do it once a year. My eggs have large rings with some darker edges but no veins at all. All the eggs are white so there should be no problem seeing them.

i

just checked and one that i thought was dead appears to have gotten bigger so maybe it is still viable after all.
:welcome Welcome I would leave them alone and not handle them so much as it only increases the possibility of harm. You need to be patient and let them incubate. I only candle eggs 2 maybe 3 times through whole incubation period, and first time isn't before 7 days. GOOD LUCK :thumbsup

thanks! sometimes my incubator unplugs because i couldn't find the original cable so i candle right after to make sure nothing happened due to the temperature drop but i am overall quite nervous about losing any because i have to gift 4 to some friends and i am hoping to still have 1 left for myself.
