Egg on day 3 with what seems to be a blood ring?

Today the incubator turned off for some reason and I didn’t notice it. It probably was off for about an hour or so

An hour should not harm anything especially this early in incubation. Give them a chance and let them go for 4 or 5 more days and check them again. Also, I am sure you are but keep a good eye on that plug your eggs have a long way to go. How many eggs are you incubating?

I am incubating 6 eggs that i bought off amazon. I think one may be a call so it might hatch earlier but im not sure. I have to sleep next to the incubator at night because whenever the temperature gets too low the incubator beeps loudly

Okay so that egg has a pretty clear ring now but there’s a little embryo looking thing in the middle but no veins? It’s probably dead but the thing has gotten a little bigger for some reason. Should I toss it? I have another which has gray stuff floating around and I think it might explode.

Pictures? Your best to wait until day 7 and you know for sure it is dead. It would be a shame to toss an egg that is just developing a little different from the others.
