Egg overdue - Abandoned - No movement..

Hi all

My broody hens had 12 eggs in total.
8 hatched, 3 went gray and bad, and 1 looks fine from outside, but when I check under the light then I don't see the chick moving at all. It seems fully developed though..

I've been checking on it for a couple of days now, but no movement and no change..
The hens have abandoned it completely, since they are out with the 8 chicks for the whole day..

It is approx. around 25 days..
First chick hatched on 5th May, and the last hatched on the 8th May..

What shall I do with it? Any advise please?

If there is no movement, dispose of the egg. If there is movement, its just too weak to hatch. I don't assist hatching chicks anymore. They always turned out to be the runts and not very stable birds

I agree. Dispose of it. Either the chick is dead or too weak to hatch. Hens seem to know when to leave the nest.
